The growth challenge
IIB began the engagement as a NEET coaching institute operating from one Nanded branch. Its one-page website attracted about 1,000 organic visits a month, but it could not adequately represent programmes, locations, faculty expertise or the questions students and parents asked during the admission journey.
The strategy TTDigitals implemented
The work began with a new information architecture rather than isolated keyword edits. Programme pages served high-intent searches. City pages addressed genuinely local questions and connected nearby audiences to the relevant branch experience. Editorial coverage followed NEET developments and answered recurring student concerns. Trust signals—including clear institutional information, expert-led content, useful navigation and consistent updates—were strengthened using E-E-A-T principles.
Optimization parameters that guided the programme
Technical quality
Indexability, page speed, mobile usability and duplication were treated as prerequisites for content growth.
Non-brand visibility
Rankings and clicks for coaching, exam and location searches were separated from branded demand.
Local relevance
City pages required distinct travel, programme and enquiry context; changing only a city name was not considered sufficient.
Editorial usefulness
Articles were selected for student relevance, factual currency and a clear path to programme information.
Expansion signals
Search demand and enquiry geography helped indicate where stronger local presence could support business development.
Measured outcome
TTDigitals’ internal SEO records show estimated organic traffic increasing from roughly 1,000 to 15,000 monthly visits over five years. During the wider business journey, IIB expanded beyond Nanded into locations including Latur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Pune/PCMC. IIB’s current official website lists six Maharashtra branches; that public fact provides current context but does not independently validate the historic traffic figures.
What this case teaches growth teams
Regional SEO compounds when the website becomes a useful knowledge system. Technical quality, local relevance and ongoing editorial work are more durable than producing many thin location pages.
Measurement and claim notes
Performance figures on this page are based on TTDigitals’ internal campaign records and the historical information supplied for this case study. They have not been independently audited. Traffic, lead, spend and admission figures are approximate; results from another organisation will vary with market demand, offer, budget, website, sales capacity and measurement quality.
Build a measurable education growth programme
TTDigitals connects SEO, paid acquisition, remarketing, landing pages and CRM feedback to the outcomes admissions teams manage.
